making it all okay
Jan. 21st, 2025 05:55 pmso im actually really happy- my boyfriend has agreed to join me on a weight loss/health journey. i know they say dont tell anyone about your plans especially when it comes to weight loss, but i have to tell someone. having him help me with this, and even helping himself. i know we both have issues with keeping ourseleves together but i hope this will help.
were gonna have weekly weigh ins, follow a strict calorie limit and even working out daily :] it will finally help me after 3 years to finally lose the weight i already lost. crazy i went from 220 to 168 in less than 6 month to my heightest weight trying to get down to my goal weight of 114lbs. but i can do it. sick of every year being the same of saying im gonna lose weight and better myself and never doing it. this year is different. im sick of saying it will be but i know it will be.
im also gonna look back into getting my GED so i cam attend college. my friend is doing it and man, i wanna do something too. i need a better job and so does my bf. were gonna save a bunch of money, move out my the start of march and go from there. i can finally start doing what ive been watching to do. take care of myself. i also want to start raw feeding my dog so she can be better. i want to get her groomed regularly since she sheds like a mf. and just be better
i want to explore my style and be better at certain things. style, hygeine and especially gaming. i want to play more games this year. and better at the ones i alr play, finally ranking up in overwatch. i also want more tattoos! maybe some small ones :] im not sure what i want my next one to be, ill have to come back with ideas. im also gonna try to not write a journal everyday lol. ill come back every week on weigh in day to update on how its going :] see yall next week
